You need to activate Dynamic Content Delivery Network (DCDN) before you can use it. This topic describes how to activate DCDN.
DCDN is no longer available to new users. We recommend that you upgrade to ESA.
Prerequisites
An Alibaba Cloud account is createdand complete real-name verification for the account. If you have not registered，completeaccount registrationandreal-name verification。
Procedure

Go to the DCDN product page.

Click Management Console. The default billing method is pay-by-traffic.

Select the Terms of Service checkbox and click Buy Now.
Complete the payment to activate DCDN.
After you activate DCDN, you can click Alibaba Cloud Management Console to go to the DCDN console.
What to do next
Deactivate or stop the billing of DCDN
If you directly deactivate DCDN, your business may be interrupted. Therefore, Alibaba Cloud does not allow you to deactivate DCDN in the console. However, if you do not add domain names to DCDN or use features such as edge security and EdgeRoutine, you are not charged for DCDN. This is equivalent to deactivating DCDN.
