Alibaba Cloud DCDN integrates with Quota Center for quota management. In Quota Center, you can query DCDN quota limits and usage, request quota increases, and set up quota usage alerts.
Capabilities
As your workload grows, use Quota Center to adjust your URL refresh, directory refresh, prefetch, or domain name quotas online.
Quota Center provides the following capabilities:
-
Query quotas: View the quotas for a cloud product, check if a quota is adjustable, and see its adjustable range.
-
Apply for quotas: Submit self-service applications to increase quotas and track their status in Application History.
-
Set quota usage alerts: Configure alerts based on a percentage of your quota usage or a fixed value, allowing you to request quota increases in advance.
-
Full OpenAPI support: Integrate with automated O&M workflows to improve efficiency.
Benefits
-
Centralized quota management: Manage quotas for all your cloud products from a single platform instead of navigating individual product consoles.
-
Quota transparency: View both default and approved quota values for your products.
-
Proactive quota management: Use quota usage alerts to request increases before you reach a limit.
-
Efficient quota application: Self-service applications are faster than submitting a ticket.
Usage notes
-
To request a quota beyond the limits described in Limitations, follow the steps in Create a quota increase application. Alibaba Cloud evaluates your request based on your business needs and configures the new quota.
-
The URL refresh quota, directory refresh quota, and prefetch quota are daily quotas. If you exhaust the daily quota, it automatically resets at 00:00:00 the next day.
-
The domain name quota is fixed. If the number of your domain names reaches the limit, you must request a quota increase to add more domains.
-
-
Only an Alibaba Cloud account can use Quota Center. To allow a RAM user to use it, grant the required permissions. For details, see Authorize a RAM user.
