When resources under a single URI are stored on multiple origin servers, you can create a DNS rule to override the hostname's DNS record and route each request to the correct origin server.
How DNS rules work
After you configure DNS records for your domain name in ESA, clients connect to your origin server based on DNS resolution results such as IP addresses and domain names.
To route requests to different origin servers based on the request path, client location, or other characteristics, you can configure a DNS rule. When a request matches a DNS rule, ESA overrides the standard DNS resolution and returns a new address, such as an A, CNAME, or AAAA record, directing the request to the correct origin server.
Create a DNS rule

In the ESA console, click Websites. In the Website column, click the target website.
