Use analytics dashboards to monitor traffic and performance, and access log files to diagnose issues and track requests.

Access account-level analytics and logs

  1. Log in to the ESA console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Analytics and Logs.

Access website-level analytics and logs

  1. In the ESA console, select Websites, and in the Website column, click the target site.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Analytics and Logs.

Analytics

ESA analytics provides visualized data insights to help pinpoint issues and optimize resource allocation.

  • Account analytics shows overall usage patterns and performance across your account.

  • Use traffic analytics to investigate abnormal traffic patterns, security threats, or performance bottlenecks.

Logs

ESA generates detailed log records for diagnosing faults, establishing monitoring metrics, and debugging or testing website network connectivity.

  • Standard log are packaged hourly. You can download access logs from the last 31 days.

  • Choose specific types of real-time logs, such as security or performance logs, and deliver them to analysis tools or storage platforms.

  • Available on Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans, instant logs show the most recent access logs directly in the ESA console without additional setup.
