Integrate with WeCom
This topic describes how to integrate OpenClaw with WeCom, enabling users to perform tasks in OpenClaw through a bot.
Overview
This integration lets users perform tasks in OpenClaw using a WeCom intelligent robot. The process involves the following steps:
Create a WeCom intelligent robot.
Securely connect to OpenClaw in Wuying Workspace using a Bot ID and a secret.
Integrate with WeCom
Create an intelligent robot
Go to the WeCom admin console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Security and Management > Management Tools. Click Create Bot, and then click Create Manually.
Configure the Visibility Scope for the bot.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Create with API Mode.
For Connection Method, select Persistent Connection.
In the Configuration Method section, under Secret, click Get. Copy and save the Bot ID and Secret.
Connect to the OpenClaw cloud computer
Open the Wuying Workspace client and log in to the Personal Edition. Scan the QR code on your desktop to open the Wuying Workspace mini program.
In the cloud computer list in the mini program, find your OpenClaw cloud computer and click OpenClaw Application Configuration.
On the OpenClaw Application Configuration page, select IM channel configuration.
Click Add Channel. For service provider, select WeCom.
Enter the Bot ID and Secret of the WeCom intelligent robot, and click Save Changes.
Verify the integration
In a group chat, add a new member, then select Intelligent Robot.
Search for the bot you created, and add it to the group chat.
In the group chat with the bot, @mention the bot and send it a command.
