Deploy CoPaw on EDS Personal in one click
Deploy CoPaw on Elastic Desktop Service (EDS) Personal, configure a model provider, and connect CoPaw to DingTalk.
Before you begin
Accounts and authentication
Register an Alibaba Cloud account and complete individual identity verification or enterprise identity verification.
Get an API key for Model Studio
Go to the API Key page of Model Studio.
On the API-Key tab, you can create or view API keys.
NoteA RAM user requires authorization from the Alibaba Cloud account before creating an API key.
Do not expose your API key. Unauthorized use can cause security risks and financial losses.
Click the Copy button to copy the API Key.
Get a Coding Plan API key (optional)
Subscribe to the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Coding Plan to get a fixed monthly fee and call quota, helping you avoid unexpected costs.
Go to the Coding Plan purchase page. Select the Lite Basic Plan, which is recommended for trial use, and complete the purchase.
After the purchase, go to the Coding Plan API key management page. Generate and save your API key.

The Coding Plan supports models such as qwen3.5-plus, kimi-k2.5, MiniMax-M2.5, and glm-5. For the full list, see Models supported by Coding Plan.
Download the client
Go to the Wuying client download page and download the client for your operating system (macOS, Windows, Android, or iOS).
Log in with your Alibaba Cloud account. See EDS Personal overview for details.
Deploy cloud desktops
Create a CoPaw cloud desktop
Purchase cloud desktops
Go to the EDS Personal marketplace page.
Purchase the CoPaw One-Click Deployment Plan. The plan includes an EDS Personal Gold Monthly Pass with 2,000 Lingdou.
Change the image of an existing cloud desktop
If you already have a cloud desktop, you can use CoPaw by changing the image instead of purchasing a new one.
Changing the image purges all software and personal data on both the system disk and data disk. This action cannot be undone.
Log in to the Wuying client and click Manage on the card of the target cloud desktop.
Select the Image tab and click Change Image.
Click Select Image, then click Collect Image by Image Code.
Enter the image code
CoPawCoPawand click OK.Select the collected CoPaw image and click OK.
Click Confirm Shutdown and Change. After the image is updated, connect to the cloud desktop to begin configuration.
Configure all-day operation
To keep CoPaw running continuously, disable the timed shutdown or hibernation on disconnection feature.
Click Manage on the card of the target cloud desktop.
Select the Policy tab and turn off Timed Shutdown/Hibernation on Disconnection.
Configure CoPaw
Access CoPaw
Log in to the Wuying client and connect to the CoPaw cloud desktop.
Click the CoPaw icon in the navigation bar to access CoPaw.

The CoPaw page appears.

Configure models
In the CoPaw navigation pane, choose Settings > Models.
In the Providers section, find your model provider card and click Settings. Enter the API key and click Save.
NoteCoPaw includes default configurations for some providers. You only need to enter the API key. To use other providers, click Add Provider. See Add custom provider.

In the Model Configuration section, select the Provider and Model, then click Save.

Verify the deployment
Chat with CoPaw
In the CoPaw navigation pane, choose Chat > Chat.
Send a message to verify that CoPaw responds correctly.

Connect a channel
The following example connects CoPaw to DingTalk. For other channels, see CoPaw channel configuration.
Log in to the DingTalk Open Platform.
NoteSelect an organization for which you have developer permissions, or follow the steps in Obtain developer permissions to get access.
If you do not have a suitable organization, scan the QR code below with the DingTalk mobile app to create one.

In the top navigation bar, click Application Development. On the DingTalk Applications page, click Create Application.
In the navigation pane, choose Add Application Capabilities. Find the Robot card and click Add.
Enable Robot Configuration. For Message Receiving Mode, select Stream Mode and click Publish.
Choose Version Management and Release > Create New Version. Complete the configuration and click Save to publish.
Choose Credentials and Basic Information. Record the Client ID and Client Secret.
In the CoPaw navigation pane, choose . Click the DingTalk card.
Turn on the Enabled switch. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret of your DingTalk application, then click Save.
Chat with the DingTalk robot
Open DingTalk and search for the application you created.
Click the robot to open the chat window.
Enter a question or instruction to start chatting.
