Is the one-click deployment of OpenClaw for Elastic Desktop Service native OpenClaw?

This solution integrates OpenClaw's core logic with a dedicated Elastic Desktop Service image to provide a pre-configured runtime environment. This creates a native core with an automation layer architecture. You can get started immediately by using the built-in configuration page, as no extra deployment or installation is required.

Can I deploy OpenClaw on an existing personal edition cloud computer?

Yes. You can enable OpenClaw by changing the image. For more information, see Deploy OpenClaw (Clawdbot) on Elastic Desktop Service with one click.

If I have a cloud computer plan and do not want to use the OpenClaw image, can I set it up myself?

Yes, you can deploy OpenClaw on your cloud computer using the native installation method.

Messages are received twice in DingTalk.

Error: Failed to connect in Stream mode. See the Stream Mode SDK Integration Guide.

This error indicates that the APP KEY or APP SECRET for the DingTalk channel is incorrect.

Error: HTTP 401: Incorrect API key provided

Log in to your Elastic Desktop Service cloud computer and run one of the following commands in the terminal to restart the service. The required command depends on your image version.

# Run the following command to restart the gateway.
clawdbot gateway restart

# If the preceding command does not work, run the following command.
openclaw gateway restart

After the service restarts, disable and then re-enable the Feishu channel to verify that it works.

How to switch models?

1. Open the Elastic Desktop Service client, log in to the personal edition, and scan the QR code on the desktop to open the Elastic Desktop Service mini program.

2. In the Cloud Computer List within the mini program, find your OpenClaw cloud computer and click OpenClaw Application Configuration.

3. On the Model Configuration tab, click Add Model.

How do I check if my configuration file is configured correctly or has any issues?

You can run the clawdbot doctor command. If the command detects issues, it returns error information.

Can you send images or files in a conversation for OpenClaw to process after you bind an IM channel?

Currently, OpenClaw cannot read images sent in chats.

Can Wuying Workspace Enterprise Edition deploy OpenClaw?

Can OpenClaw be upgraded separately for Wuying Workspace personal edition?

Upgrading the OpenClaw version is currently not supported. Wuying Personal Edition is a fully tested and adapted package. We do not recommend using commands such as clawdbot update to upgrade because this may cause your environment to function abnormally.

The connection test is successful after model setup, but there is no response during a conversation.
