After you purchase a letter of intent (LOI), it moves to the delivery management page. This page lists LOIs pending approval. You must wait for an LOI to be approved before you can use the edge network acceleration service.

After you purchase resources from a provider, you must provide the following network information so the provider can provision your resources.

The VBR's interconnect IP address on the Alibaba Cloud side. The default value is 10.0.0.1. |

Customer interconnection IP |
The VBR's interconnect IP address in your on-premises data center. The default value is 10.0.0.2. |

Subnet Mask |
The subnet mask for the Alibaba Cloud and customer interconnection IP addresses. The default value is 255.255.255.252. |

Port Type |
Four port types are available: Gigabit electrical port, 10-Gigabit electrical port, Gigabit optical port, and 10-Gigabit optical port. |

Installation Contact Name |
The name of the primary contact for the physical installation. |

Installation Contact Phone |
The phone number of the primary contact for the physical installation. |

Contact Email |
The email address of the primary contact. |

Company Name |
Must match the company name on your business license. |

Supported image formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and JPEG. Each image file must not exceed 5 MB. |

Authorization Document |

Scan the front and back of the applicant's ID card, place the images on a single page, and stamp the page with your company's official seal. Supported image formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and JPEG. Each image file must not exceed 5 MB. |

After you provide the required information for a letter of intent (LOI), you can view its details on the management page. Verify that all the information is correct. If changes are needed, contact customer service. The delivery management details page has three sections: basic information (Business Name, Applicant Name, Company Name, Mobile Number, Creation Time), access information (Destination City, Billing Type, Bandwidth, Cloud Access Type, Customer IDC Type, Customer access address, Remarks), and network information (Port Type, Installation Contact Name, Installation Contact Phone, Contact Email).
