This topic describes how to activate Energy Expert.
Preparations
You must have an Alibaba Cloud account and complete identity verification. For more information, see the Identity Verification Tutorial.
Activate Energy Expert
Go to the Energy Expert homepage. Log in to your Alibaba Cloud account to view the feature menu.
From the feature menu, select the module you need. Follow the on-screen instructions to go to the purchase page.
After you complete the payment, the platform activates the purchased feature or service.
If the feature involves energy data collection or hardware installation, a specialist will contact you. You can also contact customer service for assistance. You must have a public network connection and be able to install the hardware.
