This topic describes the refund policy for the Fraud Detection product.

Fraud Detection subscription refunds

  • A full refund is available for an unused Fraud Detection subscription if the purchase was made within the last 5 days.

  • Refunds are not available if the Fraud Detection subscription has been used or if the purchase was made more than 5 days ago.

Refunds for pay-as-you-go Fraud Detection

  • The pay-as-you-go billing method for Fraud Detection is postpaid. No fees are incurred if the service is enabled but not used. Therefore, refunds are not available.

Fraud Detection general resource plan refunds

  • A full refund is available for an unused data transfer plan if the purchase was made within the last 5 days.

  • A partial refund for the unused portion is available if the data transfer plan has been used and the purchase was made more than 5 days ago but within the last 180 days.

  • Refunds are not available for data transfer plans that were purchased more than 180 days ago, even if the plan is unused.

Note

Partial refunds are calculated as follows: Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid - (Usage × Standard Pay-as-you-go Unit Price). The standard pay-as-you-go unit price is CNY 0.01 per general call.
