The decision engine lets you create events manually or import preset event templates and policies to simplify setup. This topic explains how to import events.
Import an event
On the Event Management page, click Event Import. A pane opens on the right with a selection of preset event templates. To import a template, such as the login event template, select it and then click Confirm.
Each imported event template comes with an event name, event fields, and associated policies. For example, after you import the login event template, it includes nine preset risk control policies by default.
Modify an event
After importing an event, you can modify its details and associated policies. The procedure is the same as for modifying a custom policy.
On the Policy Management page, select the target event, such as Login Event, from the Event Type drop-down list. You can then view the event's associated policies, along with the running status and priority of each policy.
