Yes. Log on to active instances — both active provisioned instances and on-demand instances — using CLI-based operations. See CLI-based instance management for step-by-step instructions.
Before you log on to an active instance
If you perform CLI-based operations on an instance that is handling live traffic, changes in the online environment may cause the running task on the instance to fail and reduce the success rate of subsequent tasks on that instance. To troubleshoot issues, start with function logs and function monitoring metrics. Use CLI-based operations only if those methods don't resolve the issue.
