Resource plans offer discounted rates. Function Compute consolidates all resource usage into a single billable item: CU usage. After you purchase a CU resource plan, all resource usage is converted to CU usage based on a conversion factor and deducted from your plan.
Plan types and pricing
Function Compute offers monthly and annual CU resource plans. After purchase, Function Compute converts all usage — function invocations, vCPU, memory, disk, and GPU — to CU usage based on a conversion factor and deducts it from your CU resource plan.
CU usage = Resource usage × CU conversion factor. Conversion factors are listed in CU conversion factors.

ICP filing service codes
CU resource plans of 100 yuan or more include a free ICP filing service code. Log in to the ICP Filing Service console to view available ICP filings on the Function Compute Plan tab of the Manage ICP Filable Instances page, and use a service code from a resource plan for ICP filing.
Validity period

Annual plans are valid for 12 months. For example, a plan purchased on August 14, 2024 expires on August 14, 2025.

Monthly plans are valid for one month. For example, a plan purchased on June 1, 2025 expires on July 1, 2025.
Plans take effect on the purchase date. Unused quota is forfeited upon expiration. After a plan expires or its quota runs out, usage is billed at Pay-as-you-go rates.
Deduction order
Charges are first deducted from resource plans (including trial quotas), then billed at Pay-as-you-go rates. Plans expiring soonest are consumed first.
Purchase a resource plan

In the Function Compute console, go to the Overview page, find the Resource Plans section, and click Buy Resource Plan. Select a plan type and specifications.

Log on to the Function Compute product page, click Buy Resource Plan. Select a plan type and specifications.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available for unused plans within five days of purchase. Partially used plans or requests after five days are not eligible.
Quota alerts
View purchase records and usage details in Expenses and Costs. Enable quota alerts to receive notifications (such as SMS) when your remaining quota drops below a specified threshold.
Go to Resource Plan:

Click the Instances tab to view plan status, remaining quota, periodic capacity, and commitment period.
You can also check remaining quota in the Resource Plan section on the Overview page of the Function Compute console.

Click Set Remaining Quota Alert, set the threshold percentage, and click OK.
Turn on Enable Alert under Set Remaining Quota Alert Uniformly to enable alerts for all plans. To set different thresholds for specific plans, configure them individually in the list below.
