This topic describes the refund policy for Graph Database (GDB).
Subscription
Subscription GDB instances are eligible for partial refunds. The refund amount is the total amount paid minus the cost of resources that have already been used.

Pay-as-you-go
Pay-as-you-go GDB instances are billed in real time based on actual usage. Therefore, refunds are not applicable.
If you no longer require a GDB instance, you can release it to stop billing. Before you release the instance, make sure that your services are not affected. For more information, see Release an instance.
