The Gene Analysis Platform App Store offers public applications for various research realms and categories. These applications represent authoritative and verified industry best practices. They provide common runtime parameters for out-of-the-box gene data analytics.

Browse public applications

You can search by keyword or filter by research realm and tool category to find and save applications.

Public application details

Each public application includes the following key information:

  • Basic information: Help information provided by the developer. This information describes the application's flow, scenarios, and other details.

  • Application file: The application's Workflow Description Language (WDL) file. This file defines the flow and includes analysis steps, input and output parameters, and the runtime environment.

  • Graph: A graphical representation of the application's analysis steps.

  • Runtime parameters: Reference inputs for different scenarios.

  • Historical versions: All available versions of the application.

  • Available regions: The regions where the application is available. "Global" indicates that the application is available in all platform regions.

Install to a workspace

You can select an application and install it directly into a workspace. Public applications only need to be installed once. Future updates are automatically synchronized to the workspace.
