To keep your disaster recovery solution available, promptly view and handle all alerts that appear in the console.
Procedure
-
Log on to the Hybrid Cloud Disaster Recovery console.
-
If the current page is for continuous replication disaster recovery, click the
icon at the top of the navigation pane on the left to switch to cloud disk asynchronous replication disaster recovery. -
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Alert Service>Current Alerts.
-
The Current Alerts page lists all active alerts. For each alert, investigate the related resource configurations, such as disaster recovery site instances, and take corrective action. After you resolve the issue, or if no action is required, click Confirm to acknowledge the alert.
-
You can click a link in the list to go directly to the corresponding site pair.
NoteInactive alerts, such as an alert for a restored RPO, are automatically moved to Alert History. For alerts related to a configuration change, you must revert the change or re-protect the instance before you can manually acknowledge the alert.
The alert list includes the following columns: Alert type, Alert severity, Site pair ID, Faulty instance, Trigger reason, Occurrence time, and Actions. The Alert type column may indicate issues such as inconsistent security group rules or a deleted network at the disaster recovery site. All alerts have a severity of Critical.
