Retrieve your ICP filing account
If your ICP filing is already associated with an Alibaba Cloud account, you can use the filing information to retrieve the account. If your ICP filing is not yet associated with an Alibaba Cloud account, you can associate it by claiming your legacy HiChina ICP filing.
Retrieve by domain name
If you forgot which Alibaba Cloud account is associated with your ICP filing, follow these steps to find it using your filed domain name.
Go to the Retrieve Login Name page.
Enter a filed domain name, drag the verification slider to the far right, and click Retrieve Now. If a warning message appears, see Do I need to import or claim ICP filing information?. Select the Filed Domain Name tab, enter a filed domain name (for example,
aliyun.com) in the input box, complete the slider verification, and click Retrieve Now.Choose a verification method.
You can choose any of the available methods to verify your identity. The options include Alipay verification (recommended), facial recognition verification (recommended), and phone number verification. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process. If you cannot complete the verification, click Submit Appeal.
View your retrieved logon ID.
After successful verification, a confirmation message appears. Save your logon ID securely.
NoteIf the message includes instructions for an import process, this means the filing record is in the legacy HiChina system. You can proceed to claim the ICP filing.
Import or claim ICP filing information
On the Alibaba Cloud Retrieve Login Name page, enter your filed domain name, complete the slider verification, and click Retrieve Now. The on-screen message indicates whether you need to import or claim your ICP filing information.
If the system finds a matching account, you can follow the prompts to retrieve your logon ID by using your phone number or other self-service methods. After retrieving it, you can sign in to the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing Management System to manage your filing information. If retrieval fails, contact customer service for assistance. This process may take up to three business days.
