This topic explains how to modify your facial verification.
Modify facial verification

Log in to the Alibaba Cloud official website with your Alibaba Cloud account.

On the Alibaba Cloud official website homepage, click ICP Filing.

On the ICP Filing page, click My Filings.

In the My Orders section, click View Details next to the target order.

In the Image Materials section, click Upload Materials.
This page contains six upload sections: entity certificate, legal representative certificate, website administrator certificate, facial verification for the website administrator, temporary residence permit/residence permit, and commitment statement on the authenticity of ICP filing information. After clicking Upload Materials in the upper-right corner, you can scan the QR code with your mobile phone to upload photos of the required documents.

On the Upload Materials tab, scan the QR code with the mobile app.
If you have not installed the Alibaba Cloud app, scan the QR code on the page to download it. Then, use the app to scan the same QR code to open the material upload interface. After uploading the materials, click Next, Confirm Information.

On the Upload Filing Materials page in the mobile app, tap Confirm and Upload.

In the Website Administrator Information section, modify the facial verification.
Click the Retake Photo & Facial Recognition > link to retake the photo and complete facial verification.

Open the Alibaba Cloud app. On the O&M tab, tap ICP Filing.

On the Filing Homepage, tap Modify.

On the Verify Information page, in the Website Administrator Information section, tap Modify.

On the Fill in Filing Information page, in the Website Administrator Information section, modify the facial verification, and then tap Save Changes.
Tap the Retake Photo & Facial Recognition link to complete facial verification again. Ensure the facial photo status is Upload successful.
