What should I do with the ICP filings under an Alibaba Cloud account before I unregister it?
First, go to the My ICP Filings page to check whether any ICP filing information exists under the account.
Existing ICP filing details:
If you no longer need the ICP filing information, you can cancel the ICP filing.
If you still need the ICP filing information, you can transfer the ICP filing information to another Alibaba Cloud account.
ICP filing information is not available:
If an ICP filing order exists: If the order has not been submitted, you can delete it. If the order has been submitted, you must wait for the communications administration to complete the review before you can cancel the ICP filing.
If no ICP filing order exists, you can unregister your Alibaba Cloud account.
How do I find the owner of an ICP filing entity, website, or app?
Log on to the account that contains the ICP filing information. Then, find the owner's information in the ICP filing console: https://beian.aliyun.com/pcContainer/myorder
How can I access the ICP filing account after the employee in charge has left the company?
If the secure phone number attached to the ICP filing account is still in use, you can retrieve the account information using a phone Captcha. For more information, see Retrieve an ICP filing account.
If the secure phone number attached to the ICP filing account is no longer in use, you can contact Alibaba Cloud Filing Service support to appeal for the account. You can submit an appeal through Intelligent Online or by calling 4008013260.
NoteAfter a successful appeal, you can retrieve the account that contains the ICP filing information.
If the appeal is unsuccessful, you can transfer the ICP filing information offline to another Alibaba Cloud account. For more information, see Transfer ICP filing information to another Alibaba Cloud account.

The system shows that the domain name's ICP filing information already exists, but I cannot find the original account. How can I proceed with the filing?
Method 1: If you forgot which Alibaba Cloud account contains the ICP filing information, you can find the original account using the Filed Domain Name. For more information, see Retrieve an ICP filing account.
Method 2: If the original account is abnormal and cannot be retrieved, or if a message indicates that the ICP filing information is under another account, you can transfer the ICP filing information offline to a different Alibaba Cloud account.
Can one Alibaba Cloud account be associated with only one entity?
Yes, an Alibaba Cloud account can be associated with only one ICP filing entity.
What should I do if I see the message "Your ICP filing information is detected under another Alibaba Cloud account. Please log on to the original account to proceed with the filing."?
Cause: An ICP filing entity can exist in only one Alibaba Cloud account. This error occurs because the entity that you entered already exists under a different account.
Solution:
Method 1: Log on to the original account to perform the ICP filing operation.
Method 2: Log on to the original account and click Transfer ICP Filing in the ICP filing system. You can then manage the ICP filing from the new account.
NoteTransferring ICP filing information does not affect domain names that are already filed.
Does the account require identity verification?
Identity verification is not required for your Alibaba Cloud account when you use the Alibaba Cloud Filing Service. Your identity information is not checked.
A mismatch between the identity verification information of the account and the ICP filing information does not affect the filing process.
