After you submit an ICP filing application for an internet information service through the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system, use the following methods to check its progress and results.
ICP filing progress
-
Log in to the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system.
-
You can also access your filing orders directly at https://beian.aliyun.com/pcContainer/myorder.
-
Alternatively, use the Alibaba Cloud app to check your ICP filing progress: log on to the app, tap Console, and then tap ICP Filing.
-
-
In the In-progress Orders section, view your filing orders.
NoteThe Alibaba Cloud preliminary review typically takes one to two business days, but the actual duration may vary.
The filing order progresses through five stages: Submit for Review, Alibaba Cloud Preliminary Review, Pending Submission to Communications Administration, MIIT SMS Verification, and Communications Administration Review. Click View Details for order details, or click Withdraw and Modify to withdraw and change the order.
-
In the Completed Orders section, view your filing orders.
After your ICP filing application information is successfully submitted to the communications administration system, the review by the communications administration typically takes 1 to 20 business days. When the review is completed (approved or rejected), MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) will notify you by SMS, and Alibaba Cloud will notify you by email. You can also check the review result in the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system.
The review process cannot be manually expedited, as filing orders are reviewed in the order they are submitted.
In the Actions column, click View Details for order details or Delete to remove the order record.
On the order details page, you can view the entity leader, website administrator, emergency contact phone number, server IP address, and other information. You can also take a screenshot of this page as proof of ICP filing.
NoteAfter the ICP filing is approved, you can also use the MIIT Platform to look up information such as the ICP filing number and associated domain names.
If you submit a domain name to a third-party platform, such as Baidu or Tencent, and receive a message that your filing information cannot be found, this may be due to a delay in the platform syncing data from MIIT. We recommend that you first check your filing status on the MIIT ICP Filing Management System. If your filing information is available there, the issue is a data synchronization delay by the third-party platform. Contact the platform for support.
ICP filing results
If your ICP filing application is rejected, log in to the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system to view the rejection reason and troubleshoot the issue. Then, modify the information according to the ICP filing rules of your local communications administration and resubmit the order. For more information, see the ICP Filing Rejection FAQ.
After the communications administration completes the review, the result data is synced from MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) to Alibaba Cloud. The order status in the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system is updated only after the data is successfully delivered. Therefore, a brief delay may occur between the completion of the communications administration review and the status update in the Alibaba Cloud system.
After the communications administration approves your application, the approval information may take some time to sync to the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system. If you filed for a website, you can set up domain name resolution and perform a website security check during this period.
-
Configure domain name resolution to point your domain name to an Alibaba Cloud server and enable website access.
To set up domain name resolution, see the documentation for the Alibaba Cloud server product you are using. The following list provides links to the domain name resolution instructions for products such as Cloud Web Hosting and Simple Application Server.
-
Cloud Web Hosting: See DNS record types for Cloud Web Hosting.
-
Simple Application Server: See Register and resolve a domain name.
If you registered your domain name with Alibaba Cloud Domain Name Service, see the Getting Started guide in the Alibaba Cloud DNS documentation.

-
Run security checks for website vulnerabilities and content risks. This prevents business disruptions from non-compliant content and reduces the risk of attackers exploiting vulnerabilities. For more information, see website threat scanning system.
