When you apply for an ICP filing, you must provide authentic entity information. The review process verifies this information. This topic describes how to enter your entity information to prevent your application from being rejected.

Before you begin

Since ICP filing requirements vary by province, follow the on-screen prompts when completing your application. You can also review the specific requirements for your province in advance by clicking the corresponding link in ICP Filing Rules for Each Region.

Important

After your ICP filing is successful, if the entity principal's contact information changes, you must promptly update the ICP filing information. This ensures you receive important notifications and reminders, preventing disruptions to your internet information service. See update filing for instructions.
