Claim original HiChina ICP filing

Procedure

1. Log in to the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system.
2. Click Start Filing to go to the Basic Information Verification page.
3. On the Basic Information Verification page, enter the entity information and domain name for the filing you want to claim, and then click Verify Information. The system automatically verifies the ICP filing information.
   Note Ensure that the entity information and domain name you enter match the details of your successful filing. To determine if you need to import or claim your ICP filing information into the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system, see Determine whether to import or claim ICP filing information.

   If the system detects that the filing information already exists, the Prompt dialog box appears. This dialog box indicates that you must claim the filing by uploading an entity certificate to complete the account association. The dialog box displays fields such as entity name, ICP filing number, entity type, entity region, entity certificate type, and entity certificate number. Confirm the information, and then click Claim Filing.
4. Click Claim Filing to go to the Upload Documents page.
5. On the Upload Documents page, follow the on-screen instructions to upload an electronic copy of your entity certificate, such as a color photo of the original document. Then, click Submit Claim.
   Important If your company name has changed or you have a new business license, use an image editing tool to combine the certificate of change and the business license into a single image file and upload it.
6. After your submission is successful, you can track the review status on the results page. Alibaba Cloud reviews the submission within one to two business days. The claim is complete once your submission is approved.
