You only need to upload a completed template or fill in the information online and provide supplementary images as prompted by the assistant.

Purchase service

You can log on to the Filing Assistant purchase page to view and purchase the service. The service must be used within one year of purchase, after which it expires.

Use the filing assistant

1. Log on to the ICP Filing page and select Intelligent Assistant.

2. On the Filing Assistant page, in the Collect your ICP filing requirements section, you can choose between two order submission methods: template-based submission and online submission.

   Note

   These two methods use different submission flows but require the same fields.

   Method 1: Template submission

   Note

   All users can download ICP filing templates for free.

   1. Select and download the required ICP filing template.

      Templates are available for different entity types: Enterprise ICP Filing Template (for companies and enterprises), Individual ICP Filing Template (for individuals), and Template for Other Organization Types (for public institutions, social organizations, etc.). Click Download Template on the corresponding card to download the file.

   2. Fill in the fields highlighted in blue in the template, and then upload the completed file.

   Method 2: Online submission

   The online submission method has the following characteristics:

   • The front-end validates required fields. You must provide either a domain name or an app name.

   • Online submission does not currently support app domain names or app signature information.

   • Separate multiple domain names or app names with a comma (,).

   The form includes a single-select ICP filing type option (Enterprise ICP Filing, Individual ICP Filing, or Other Organization Types). Required fields include company name, company certificate number, name of the person in charge of ICP filing, and certificate number of the person in charge of ICP filing. After you complete the fields, click Start Now.

3. The Filing Assistant automatically performs the following tasks:

   1. Parses your ICP filing requirements

   2. Auto-completes missing information

   3. Runs intelligent pre-checks

   You only need to enter any key information that is missing or incorrect based on the error prompts.

• Do I still need to fill out an order if I use the Filing Assistant?

  Yes. The Filing Assistant helps you complete the ICP filing process efficiently, but you are still required to provide the basic information and materials. You can do this through either template-based submission or online submission.

• What additional benefits come with the Filing Assistant service?

  During the process, you can contact experts for guidance at any time. In addition, Alibaba Cloud provides a priority review for your order within two hours on business days, and a senior specialist will help review and optimize your application materials.

• How many times can I use the Filing Assistant after purchasing it?

  Each purchase of the Filing Assistant service allows you to submit one ICP filing order. The service is considered complete once the order is submitted to the communications administration and cannot be used again. You must purchase the service again to submit a new order with the assistant's help.

• What is the difference between the Filing Assistant service and the ICP Filing Butler service?

  The Filing Assistant is an intelligent service where you provide basic information and the system automatically generates your ICP filing order. The ICP Filing Butler provides a dedicated expert who communicates with you one-on-one and fills out the entire order on your behalf based on your requirements.

• How can I get a refund for the Filing Assistant service?

  You can request a refund for the service only while it is active. To do so, go to the ICP Filing console and find the Filing Assistant Service module.

• Will a dedicated specialist contact me after I purchase the Filing Assistant?

  No. The Filing Assistant is a self-service tool, and no specialist will proactively contact you. You provide basic information such as company details, contact person information, and business information like domain names or apps, and the assistant auto-completes the information to generate the ICP filing order.
