Alipay Mini Program integration
The financial-grade real-person authentication solution combines liveness detection, biometric recognition, and identity verification APIs from authoritative sources to verify the user. This topic describes how to integrate the service with an Alipay Mini Program.
The Alipay Mini Program integration method does not support storing face images. If you need to store these images, use App (SDK) integration or H5 webpage access.
Limitations
The Financial-grade Real-Person Verification solution currently verifies only residents who hold one of the following ID documents:
Chinese mainland residents: Second-generation Resident ID Card.
Hong Kong and Macao SAR residents: Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents.
Taiwan residents: Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents.
Exception handling
Changes to the authoritative data source may cause authentication to fail for some users because their identity information cannot be retrieved. Include a manual review option in your business flow as a fallback mechanism.
Supported permanent residence and travel permits
To authenticate the following certificates, use the solution in Alipay H5 page integration or Alipay Mini Program integration. No other solutions are supported.

The service captures the user's face, performs liveness detection, and uses face comparison against an authoritative database to verify the user. For detailed steps, see the integration process.
The user flow for the financial-grade real-person authentication service in an Alipay Mini Program consists of three steps. First, on the identity verification page, you review the authorization details and click Agree to Terms and Authenticate. Second, after you confirm your identity information, you click Scan Face to go to the face capture page. Third, you follow the on-screen prompts to complete liveness detection actions, such as "Pick up your phone and blink", and the system automatically completes the face comparison and verification.
