After users complete verification with your integrated Financial-grade Face-to-Face Verification application, you can view invocation data in the Financial-grade Face-to-Face Verification console. This topic describes how to query invocation data for Financial-grade Face-to-Face Verification.
Background information
In Billing Management, monthly bills for Financial-grade Face-to-Face Verification include charges from the last day of the previous month. For example, the bill for January 2022 covers the period from December 31, 2021, to January 30, 2022. To reconcile your bills, you can filter and compare data by date range in the Financial-grade Face-to-Face Verification console, on the Statistics page.
Procedure
Sign in to the Identity-verification-based E-KYC console. In the left navigation pane, click Data Statistics.
On the Statistics page, set Authentication Scene and a time range to query invocation data.
NoteYou can query data for the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom time range of up to 90 days.
There is a delay of several minutes before data is displayed in the console. After you complete an authentication, wait a few minutes to view the latest data on the Data statistics page.
The data is described as follows:
Number of Passed Verifications: The number of successful verifications.
Number of Failed Verifications: The number of failed verifications.
Verification Pass Rate: The percentage of submissions that passed verification.
Verification Pass Rate = Number of Passed Verifications / Number of Submissions.Number of Submissions: The number of submitted verification records.
Number of Submissions = Number of Passed Verifications + Number of Failed VerificationsThe system counts a submission each time it successfully receives a complete set of verification materials for a single user operation.

FAQ
Why is my request count or usage 0 in the console after I activate a service or purchase a data transfer plan?
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Confirm the console
ID Verification for Financial Services and Information Verification are separate services. Their consoles and data transfer plans are not interchangeable. For example, if you purchase a data transfer plan for two-factor or three-factor identity verification, view the call usage in the Information Verification console, not the Financial Level Real Person Certification console.Check the data transfer plan status
Verify that the type of data transfer plan you purchased matches the API you are calling and that the plan is still valid.Check the filter conditions
On the Data statistics page, make sure that filters such as Authentication Scenarios and Time Range are set correctly. If the filter range is too narrow, data may not be displayed.
