Export metadata

Procedure

1. Log on to the Image Search console.Image Search console

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select your service type. This topic uses Product Image Search as an example.

   For more information about service types, see Service types.

3. Click the target instance.

   

4. Click the Export Metadata tab.

   The page lists your export tasks. To create a new one, click Create Export Task.

5. Click Create Export Task.

   In the Export Image Metadata dialog box, you can view the export description, including the mapping between the product ID, image name, custom content, image category, integer attribute, and string attribute. Be aware of the following rules: Tasks are automatically deleted after 30 days, so download results promptly. The list is limited to 30 tasks, and creating a new task when the list is full automatically deletes the oldest one.

6. In the Export Image Metadata dialog box, click Create Export Task. You will be redirected to the export task list to await completion.

   Note

   1. You can run only one metadata export task at a time. Attempting to submit a new task before the current one finishes will cause an error.

   2. Once submitted, a metadata export task cannot be stopped before it completes.

   3. Use metadata export to view all information for your ingested images and verify their presence in the database.

7. When the export task is complete, click Download Result to download the mapping file.

   The following sample shows the format of the result:
