Usage notes

• Real-time data for the current month does not include unsettled post-paid usage. The results are for reference only and are not suitable for financial reconciliation. For final and complete billing details, refer to the bill generated for the following month.

• Bill details are updated with a one-day delay.

Procedure

1. Log on to the IMS console.

2. In the top navigation bar of the console, choose Billing > Bills.

3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Bill Management > Billing Details, and on the Details tab, view the details.

   On the Details tab, set a billing cycle and filter the list to show only ApsaraVideo for Media Processing. Customize the bill information using the following parameters.

   Parameter	Description
   billing cycle	The period for which a bill is generated, typically one month.
   account/owner account	Billing data for the selected accounts. The filter uses OR logic for multiple selections.
   order/bill ID	Search by order or bill ID.
   Group By	Groups bill data by a specific category. billable item: Groups the bill by billable item, aggregating costs. instance: Groups the bill by instance, aggregating costs. product: Groups the bill by product, aggregating costs. account: Groups the bill by account, aggregating costs. cost center: Groups the bill by cost center, aggregating costs.
   billing period	Sets the time interval for displaying bill data. By Month: Displays the total bill for the selected month. By Day: Displays a daily breakdown of the bill for the selected month. By Hour: Displays an hourly breakdown of the bill for the selected month.
