Billing for DataQ - Smart Tag Service

DataQ - Smart Tag Service analyzes video information from multiple dimensions and automatically generates content tags.

The following table lists the billing items and prices for DataQ - Smart Tag Service in the Chinese mainland region.

Billing rules

Rule Project	Details
Billing rule	You are charged based on the duration of successfully processed video and audio files, and the number of successfully processed images. The duration of video and audio files is measured in seconds and billed in minutes. Durations less than one minute are billed proportionally. You are not charged for failed processing.
Billing cycle	Bills are generated on an hourly basis. A bill is typically generated one hour after the current billing cycle ends. The actual time a bill is generated is subject to the system. Fees are automatically deducted from your account after a bill is generated.
Billing method	Pay-as-you-go: Video files: Fees = Duration of successfully processed video × Unit price of the enabled tagging feature. Note You can configure the recognition features to enable in the analysis types of a smart tag task template. Enabling facial recognition, OCR, and speech recognition corresponds to the Video facial recognition, Video OCR tags, and Video speech recognition tags billing items, respectively. Other analysis types correspond to the Video classification + structured tags billing item. If you enable any of these other types, you are charged based on the duration for Video classification + structured tags. You are not charged multiple times for enabling more than one of these types. The default template enables all recognition features. Audio files: Fees = Duration of successfully processed audio × Unit price of audio tags. Image files: Fees = Number of successfully processed images × Unit price of image tags.

Billing examples

Example 1

Assume that you use DataQ - Smart Tag Service in the Chinese mainland region from 8:00 to 9:00 on a given day. You submit videos with a total duration of 660 seconds for processing. The smart tag task template is configured to enable facial recognition and speech recognition. All 660 seconds of video are processed successfully. The fees incurred from 8:00 to 9:00 are calculated as follows: (660 seconds / 60) × CNY 0.03/minute + (660 seconds / 60) × CNY 0.02/minute = CNY 0.55.

Example 2

Assume that you use DataQ - Smart Tag Service in the Chinese mainland region from 8:00 to 9:00 on a given day. You submit audio files with a total duration of 30 seconds for processing. All 30 seconds of audio are processed successfully. The fees incurred from 8:00 to 9:00 are calculated as follows: (30 seconds / 60) × CNY 0.02/minute = CNY 0.01.

Example 3

Assume that you use DataQ - Smart Tag Service in the Chinese mainland region from 8:00 to 9:00 on a given day. You submit 100 images for processing. All 100 images are processed successfully. The fees incurred from 8:00 to 9:00 are calculated as follows: 100 images × CNY 0.0016/image = CNY 0.16.
