Only Enterprise Edition subscribers can use subscription add-on packages to offset charges.
What are the scenarios for the monthly feature trial package?
The monthly feature trial package can be purchased once per month for a fixed price of CNY 20. This package lets you use all IMS features, except for dedicated customer service and the advanced video clip effects package (which includes advanced effects and a custom effects tool). No discounts are available for this package. To continue using the service after the package expires or is consumed, you must subscribe to an Enterprise Edition service.
What are the differences between the Enterprise Edition subscription service versions?

What happens if I unsubscribe from an Enterprise Edition service with unused resources before it expires?
If you unsubscribe during the validity period, the service becomes unavailable and you forfeit any unused resources. To resume the service, you can purchase a monthly feature trial package or subscribe to an Enterprise Edition service again.
Will I be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis after the monthly feature trial package is consumed?
No, you will not. After the monthly feature trial package is consumed, the service stops and its features become unavailable.
If the quota for my Enterprise Edition subscription is used up during the validity period, can I switch to pay-as-you-go billing?
Yes, you can. By default, you are charged based on the pay-as-you-go prices listed on the official website. Alternatively, you can subscribe again to obtain a new resource quota and validity period, or purchase a subscription add-on package that is valid for your current subscription period.
Can I use my subscription to pay for Real-time Conversational AI?
Only Standard Edition and higher subscriptions can be used for this service. Without a qualifying subscription, you are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.
