DingTalk alerts
This topic describes how to configure a DingTalk robot to send alert notifications.
Configure a DingTalk robot
Open the DingTalk desktop client and navigate to the DingTalk group where you want to configure robot notifications.
In the upper-right corner, click Group Settings and select Group Assistant.
In the Group Assistant dialog box, click + in the Add Robot area.
On the Group Robot page, select Custom (Connect to a custom service through WebHook) and click Add.
In the Add Robot dialog box, enter a name for the robot, configure the security settings, select I have read and agree to the "Custom Robot Service and Disclaimer", and click Done.
Click Copy to copy the WebHook URL.
For Security Settings, select Custom Keyword. In the keyword field, enter brainindustrial. For more information about security settings, see DingTalk Open Platform.
Configure notifications in the canvas
Go to the AICS platform. On the canvas editor, click Alert Configuration in the right-side navigation bar.
In the Alert Configuration panel, select the alert type. You can choose to be alerted when an auto triggered task exits abnormally, a task is abnormal, or a task times out.
The two available notification methods are DingTalk and text message. The default method is DingTalk.
Enter the WebHook URL that you copied in Step 6 of the "Configure a DingTalk robot" section.
