Internet Shared Bandwidth provides region-level bandwidth sharing and reuse. After you create an Internet Shared Bandwidth instance, you can add EIPs in the same region to share bandwidth and reduce public network costs.
Line types
Internet Shared Bandwidth instances support two line types: BGP (Multi-ISP) and BGP (Multi-ISP) Pro. The following table describes the differences.

Associate EIPs in the same region with an Internet Shared Bandwidth instance. The EIPs then function as public IP addresses and share the instance bandwidth, enabling centralized traffic management and monitoring.
Region-level bandwidth sharing
Cloud resources with associated EIPs in the same region share the network resources of the Internet Shared Bandwidth instance.
Peak shifting billing
Peace of mind: enjoy ultra-high peak bandwidth without worrying about bandwidth exhaustion.
Cost savings: billing excludes a large amount of burst peak bandwidth and charges based on actual usage after multiple rounds of smoothing.
Pay-by-hour billing
Pay only for what you use. For example, if the bandwidth package is used for only 1 hour, you are charged for 1 hour only.
Flexibly adjust bandwidth: scale up during peak hours and scale down during off-peak hours.
Subscription billing
Purchase Internet Shared Bandwidth on a subscription basis for lower costs compared to pay-as-you-go billing.
