What is the purpose of device grouping and what problems can it solve?
Device grouping allows you to classify devices across products by rules or attributes such as function or location, so you can manage and control them as a unit. For example, you can use the OTA update feature of IoT Platform to run upgrade tasks on a specific device group.

No. You cannot change the group name, but you can modify the group description.
