Data Reports Overview
The reporting feature of DataService Studio lets you create and manage workbooks from various data sources. You can use data analytics widgets to generate detailed service statistics reports that help you analyze and process your data.
Limits
Only users on the whitelist can use this feature.
With the data report feature, you can create workbooks based on different data dimensions, generate reports from them, and use a report workbench to create data visualizations. You can configure these data report visualizations on the DataService Studio > Data Reports page in the IoT Platform console.
Step 1: Manage data sources
You can manage data sources to provide a data foundation for visualizing service statistics.
Manage data sources: Manage data sources by product, device, and storage table dimensions.

Preview data from a data source: You can view the basic information of the data source and preview the 20 most recent data entries.
Create a workbook: You can quickly create a workbook for a specific data source to generate service statistics reports.
Step 2: Create a workbook
You can manage, view, and create workbooks for specific data sources as needed.

Step 3: Configure and publish reports
You can edit and manage service statistics reports and perform intelligent analysis on Internet of Things (IoT) data to gain insights.
Edit a report: In the service statistics workbench, you can edit the report using various data analytics widgets. For more information, see Widget configuration.
Manage a report: You can modify the basic information of a report. You can then publish the report to share and display your data analysis results. For more information, see Publish and view a report.
