Scorecard
This topic describes how to configure a scorecard. Use a scorecard to display raw or derived metric data from devices.
Prerequisites
A workbook has been created for the dataset that you want to analyze. For more information, see Create a workbook.
Step 1: Configure fields

On the DataAnalysis workbench, drag the Scorecard component from the Charts pane to the canvas on the left.

Below the Data pane, select the metric type.

Raw: Raw metric data.

Day: Represents derived metric data.

From the Data pane on the right, drag a field to the Value box on the Fields tab in the Charts pane.
ImportantThe selected fields must be numeric and share the same metric type. A maximum of 200 fields are supported.
To delete a field, move the pointer over it and click
.

(Optional) In the Scorecard Filter box, click New Filter and configure filter conditions to display only data that meets specific criteria.
Change the filter name in the Name text box. Click Add OR Condition or Add AND Condition to add multiple filter conditions. The following figure shows an example of a time-based configuration where the filter field is Day (yyyymmdd) of Business Time.
NoteThe system automatically derives the corresponding time dimension based on the time format of the business data.

(Optional) In the Value box under Fields, move the mouse pointer over a field and click the down arrow
on the right. The following operations are available.Operation
Description
Rename
Change the display name of the field.
Data display format
Set the value to display as an integer, a decimal, a percentage, or in a custom format.
For example, if you display the data as a percentage, the original value
12.34is converted to1234%.Aggregation
Options: Sum (default), Average, Count, Maximum, Minimum, and Distinct Count.
The configured aggregation method is displayed after the field name.
Step 2: Configure style
On the Style tab below the Charts pane, configure the display style.

Set the number of metrics to display per row in the scorecard. The value range is 1 to 10. |
Step 3: Configure analysis limits
On the Analysis tab below the Charts pane, configure the maximum number of rows for data loading and analysis. The value range is 10 to 999,999 rows.
