Publish and view reports
IoT Platform's Data Service uses a workbook to generate a data analysis report. This helps you analyze IoT data and uncover its value. After you configure a data analysis report, you can publish and share it with other users. This topic describes how to publish and share data analysis reports.
The data analysis report feature is deprecated and will not support future business requirements. We recommend that you do not use this feature in a production environment.
Prerequisites
Configure the data analysis components. For more information, see the documentation for each component.
Publish a report
You can publish new or updated reports.
You cannot republish an unmodified report.
On the Instance Overview page of the IoT Platform console, click the ID or alias of the target Enterprise instance.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Service > Data Analysis Report.

On the Reports tab, find the report you want to publish. You can publish it in one of the following ways:

In the Actions column, click More > Publish.

In the Actions column, click Edit. On the Data Analysis Report Workbench, click Publish in the upper-right corner, and then click OK.
You can also click Preview in the upper-right corner to review the report's layout and style.

After the report is published, you can view it on the Reports tab.
Publicly share a report
The Public Sharing feature for data analysis reports is available only in the China (Shanghai) region.

On the Reports tab, find a Published report. In the Actions column, click More > Public.
Alternatively, go to the Data Analysis Report Workbench and click Public in the upper-right corner.

Set an expiration time and specify whether to generate a new link, and then click Public.
In the dialog box that appears, set the Security Level.
Once the report is public, copy and share its link. Anyone with the link can access the report directly.
The report link becomes invalid if you revoke public access or when the link expires.
Other operations

In the left-side navigation pane of the IoT Platform console, choose Data Service > Data Analysis Report.

Click the Reports tab. In the Actions column for a data analysis report, you can perform the following operations:

Edit
Opens the Data Analysis Report Workbench to edit analysis components and configure data analytics.
View Online Report
Views the published online data analysis report.
Modify Information
Modifies the report's name and description.
