Purchase a resource plan
The Qianli Chuanyin Voice Broadcasting service requires a resource plan for its voice broadcasting feature. For each IoT Platform instance, you must specify the monthly number of vocoder parsing times, corpus editing times, and corpus pushing times. You can purchase these monthly resource specifications for an IoT Platform instance using the subscription billing method. This topic describes how to purchase a resource plan.
The following information is for reference only. The actual fees are specified on your bill. On the purchase page for the Qianli Chuanyin service resource plan, you can select the specifications to view the configuration fees.
Prerequisites
You have purchased a license for the Qianli Chuanyin Voice Broadcasting service. For more information, see Activate the service.
Billable items
The billable items are monthly vocoder parsing times, monthly corpus editing times, and monthly corpus pushing times.
Billing cycle
Subscription is a prepaid billing method. The billing cycle is the subscription duration of your order and is based on UTC+8. A billing cycle starts at the exact time you activate or renew a resource and ends at 00:00:00 on the day after the expiration date.
For subscriptions, billing cycles measured in years or months refer to calendar years and calendar months.
Purchase method
On the purchase page for the Qianli Chuanyin service resource plan, you can purchase the monthly specifications for each resource and the subscription duration.
Unused resources for the current month cannot be refunded or carried over to the next month.
Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals
In the Qianli Chuanyin Voice Broadcasting service console, you can view your Service Usage on the Service Details page.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or renew your purchased resource specifications as your business needs change.
When you upgrade or downgrade, you cannot change the Subscription Duration. The remaining service duration for the resource remains unchanged. When you renew, you can only change the Subscription Duration.
To upgrade or downgrade the service, go to the Service Details page and click Upgrade in the upper-right corner. On the page that appears, select the target specifications and complete the purchase.
ImportantIf you upgrade, you must pay the price difference. If you downgrade, the price difference is refunded to you. The fee for an upgrade or downgrade is based on the amount displayed on the page in the console.
To renew the service, go to the Service Details page and click Renew in the upper-right corner. On the renewal page, select a Subscription Duration and complete the purchase.
