Hotwords are keywords or phrases that require high-priority, accurate recognition in specific business domains. If the recognition accuracy for certain words in your business is low, use the hotword feature. Add these words to a hotword list to improve recognition results.
Create hotwords
You can create hotwords in the console or use POP API to create business-specific hotwords. The differences are as follows:
Hotwords configured in the console are attached to the project's AppKey. You do not need to specify the hotword list in your code. POP API only supports creating business-specific hotword lists. To activate a business-specific list, you must call the software development kit (SDK) interface in your client code to set the list's ID.
When you configure project hotwords in the console, place each hotword on a new line. You do not need to set a weight. When you use POP API to create a business-specific hotword list, you must specify a weight for each hotword.
