You can track the usage of your Intelligent Speech Interaction services on the console. The console provides key metrics such as duration, call volume, and concurrent connections. This data helps you evaluate your usage patterns and adjust your service call volume.

Overview

Log in to the Intelligent Speech Interaction console. On the overview page, you can view the usage statistics for your activated speech services.

Important

After you purchase a resource plan, usage data is displayed the next day. Usage statistics and the remaining quota in your resource plan are calculated using data from the previous day. Estimate the current day's usage based on your operational needs and monitor your account balance and available quota to replenish your resource plan promptly.

Monitoring reports

On the monitoring statistics page, you can filter and view monitoring reports by service, project, and time range. A grayed-out service cannot be selected. To select it, you must first deselect any other services.

For example, on the Automatic Speech Recognition tab, select Audio File Recognition from the Service dropdown menu and leave the other filters at their default settings. You can then view the call volume and QPS for all projects that use the Audio File Recognition service over the last 7 days.

Set resource plan quota alerts

By setting up resource plan quota alerts, you will receive notifications via SMS and email when the remaining quota reaches a specified threshold. This feature helps you manage resource allocation, prevent resource exhaustion, and ensure service continuity.

  1. Log in to the Intelligent Speech Interaction console.

  2. On the overview page, in the resource plan section, hover over alert settings and click Configure.

  3. On the Resource Instance Management page within Billing and Cost Management, click Remaining Quota Alert Settings.

  4. In the Remaining Quota Alert Settings dialog box, turn on the Enable Alert switch, set the Remaining Quota Ratio, and then click OK.

    For example, if you select the resource plan for Intelligent Speech Interaction and set the remaining quota ratio to 20%, the system sends an alert when the remaining quota of the resource plan drops to 20% of its total monthly quota.

    Note

    You can only set alerts for resource plans that are billed monthly and deduct usage from a total quota.
