If the Cloud Hardware Security Module (HSM) management client fails to start and displays the following error:

mfc100.dll is not found

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed on your device.

To resolve this, install the package:

Download the installer from the Microsoft Official Site:
- vcredist_x86.exe for 32-bit systems
- vcredist_x64.exe for 64-bit systems
Install the runtime library, then restart your device.
