Modify subscription
Upgrade or downgrade your Qoder CN Enterprise Edition subscription to add or reduce licenses. This topic covers Qoder CN Standard Edition and Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
Prerequisites

You have purchased one of the following editions with your Alibaba Cloud account:

Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) Enterprise Standard Edition. Enterprise Standard Edition Quick Start.

Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) Enterprise Dedicated Edition. Enterprise Dedicated Edition Quick Start.

QoderWork CN or Qoder CN CLI Enterprise Standard Edition.

You are logged in with the organization's Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user that has the AliyunRDCFullAccess policy attached.

For Qoder CN Standard Edition, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription before it expires. For Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition, you can only upgrade your subscription before it expires.
Upgrade the standard edition
Upgrade billing rules: Billing rules for upgrade orders.
Upgrade your Qoder CN Standard Edition by purchasing additional licenses. You can add licenses while your Qoder CN Standard Edition subscription is active. Two methods are available.
Method 1: Upgrade from the instance details page
Applies to the organization's Alibaba Cloud account and authorized RAM users.

Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DevOps console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Instance Management. In the Standard Edition organization list, find the target organization and click its name.

On the Qoder CN service card, click Purchase More Licenses to start the upgrade.
Method 2: Upgrade from the Qoder CN console
This method applies only to Qoder CN (formerly Lingma).
Applies to the organization's Alibaba Cloud account only.

Go to the Qoder CN console.

On the Overview page, verify the organization name. On the Basic Information card, click Purchase More Licenses.
Downgrade the standard edition
Downgrade refund policy: Unsubscription rules.
You can reduce or cancel licenses for your Qoder CN Standard Edition while the subscription is active.

Get the instance ID. Go to the My Orders page, find your Qoder CN Standard Edition order, and copy the Asset/Resource Instance ID.

Replace
YOUR_INSTANCE_IDin the following URL with the instance ID you copied, then open the URL to complete the downgrade.https://common-buy.aliyun.com/?commodityCode=lingma_enterpriseStandard_public_cn&orderType=DOWNGRADE&instanceId=YOUR_INSTANCE_ID
After the downgrade, if the new license count is less than the number of assigned developers, the system automatically revokes licenses in this order:

Developers who have not activated their licenses.

Developers who activated but have never been active.
-
Remaining developers, starting from the one with the earliest last active time.
Revocation continues until the authorized developer count matches the new license count. To re-authorize a revoked developer, first deauthorize another user to free up a license, then reassign it.

Get the instance ID. Go to the My Orders page, find your Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition order, and copy the Asset/Resource Instance ID.

A downgrade cannot proceed if the new license count is less than the number of currently assigned licenses. Go to Enterprise Management Backend > License Management to revoke some user licenses first, or adjust the license count and try again.
