This topic details the billing methods, pricing, resource pack specifications, and purchase instructions for the Qoder CN series (Qoder CN coding plug-in, QoderWork CN, and Qoder CLI CN).
The Qoder CN series was formerly known as "AI Coding Assistant TONGYI Lingma" (Lingma) and was officially renamed on May 20, 2026. If you see content related to "TONGYI Lingma" on other channels, it refers to the same product.
Starting from 23:00:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026, Qoder CN uses a new pricing plan and introduces a Credits system (for more information, see Credits). New purchases and renewals are subject to the new pricing. Existing subscriptions remain on their original pricing plan for the rest of the contract term. For details, see the "FAQ" section.
The limited-time free offer for the Individual Pro Edition ended at 18:00:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026. Users of the free Individual Pro Edition had their plans automatically converted to the Individual Community Edition. To continue using Pro features, you can purchase the Individual Pro Edition (Pro).
Billing methods
Subscription plans are billed monthly per license. Resource packs are a one-time prepaid purchase. The total price is calculated as: Total Price = Number of licenses × Subscription Duration × Unit Price.

As a thank-you to our developer community, we are offering a limited-time bonus of 300 Credits to all Individual Community Edition users who upgrade to the new Qoder CN.
Starting June 20, 2026, Credits from a Qoder CN (Full Suite) individual subscription can be shared across Qoder CN IDE, JetBrains plug-in, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile. Credits for the Enterprise Standard Edition (Teams) and Enterprise VPC Edition can be shared between QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN. Qoder CN (Full Suite)
Starting June 20, 2026, a Qoder CN (Full Suite) individual subscription can be used across the entire suite of products, including Qoder CN IDE, JetBrains plug-in, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile, with Credits shared among them. The Enterprise editions (Teams / Enterprise VPC) currently cover QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN, with support for IDE and JetBrains plug-ins coming soon.
Individual Community Edition and Individual Pro Edition: Cover Qoder CN IDE, JetBrains plug-in, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile. The VS Code plug-in is no longer being developed.
Enterprise Standard Edition (Teams) and Enterprise VPC Edition: Currently cover only QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN. Support for Qoder CN IDE and the JetBrains plug-in will be added soon.

Resource packs
Resource packs are a one-time prepaid purchase to add more Credits to your subscription plan. When your plan's Credits run out, usage is automatically deducted from your resource pack.

How to purchase
If you subscribe to Qoder CN (Full Suite), your Credits and resource packs are shared across all products. If you have an existing standalone subscription to Qoder CN (formerly Lingma), you must upgrade your account to use these resources across products. QoderWork CN / Qoder CLI CN
Individual users place orders directly on Qoder.com.cn. For Enterprise Teams users, a purchaser places orders in the Alibaba Cloud console, and organization management is completed on Qoder.com.cn. For more information, see QoderWork CN / Qoder CN CLI Accounts and Subscriptions.

Order requirements
Use the Alibaba Cloud account or RAM user that owns the instance to perform order-related operations.
Place orders using your primary Alibaba Cloud account. If you use a RAM user to place an order, ensure the following permissions are granted:

Order payment permission: AliyunBSSOrderAccess

Refund policy
This product is not eligible for 5-day unconditional refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of company error.

FAQ
Pricing for legacy enterprise subscriptions
Legacy subscriptions purchased before 12:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026, are charged at the original price and remain valid until expiration.
For organizations with legacy subscriptions, the following applies after 12:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026:
New licenses are charged at the new subscription price. Credits are not deducted for these licenses. However, these licenses do not include new features from the credits system, such as the Experts mode and new models.
Renewals are charged at the new subscription price, and the credits system is enabled. This provides access to new features, such as Experts and new models.
If your legacy subscription has not expired and you want to upgrade to the credits system, an upgrade plan will be available. This plan allows all your legacy licenses to deduct credits based on usage. For details, watch for our product announcements.
Usage for legacy customers
IDE / JB / VS Code upgrade: Upgrade your IDE regardless of whether you switch to the new pricing or enable the credits system. Uninstall the original Lingma IDE, then install and switch to the new Qoder CN IDE.
After enabling the credits system: The following new features become available.
Adds model options such as GLM 5.1 and DeepSeek V4.
Quest, RepoWiki, Agent, and Subagent sessions no longer have usage limits.
Provides the Experts feature.
Can credits from one subscription be used for different Qoder CN products?
Starting June 20, 2026, credits from a Qoder CN (Full Suite) Personal subscription can be used across Qoder CN IDE, JetBrains plugins, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile. Credits for Enterprise Teams / VPC can be shared between QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN. If you still have a separate subscription for Qoder CN (formerly Lingma), you can upgrade your account to merge it into a Full Suite subscription.
