This topic describes the billing methods, pricing, resource package specifications, and purchase instructions for the Qoder CN suite (including the Qoder CN coding plugin, QoderWork CN, and Qoder CLI CN), helping you quickly understand the relevant billing information.

The Qoder CN suite was formerly known as "TONGYI Lingma" (Lingma) and was officially renamed on May 20, 2026. If you encounter references to "TONGYI Lingma" elsewhere, they refer to the same product.
Starting from 23:00:00 (Beijing time) on May 20, 2026, Qoder CN adopted a new pricing plan and introduced a Credits quota mechanism (see Credits for details). New purchases and renewals follow the new pricing; existing subscriptions remain at the original price for the duration of the contract (see "Existing Customer Information" below).
The limited-time free Pro promotion ended at 18:00:00 (Beijing time) on May 20, 2026. From that point, users who had been using Pro through the free promotion were automatically switched to the Community Edition on their primary account. To continue using Pro features, you can purchase a Pro subscription.
Billing Methods
Subscription plans are billed in units of "seat x month", and resource packages are one-time prepaid purchases. Total cost = number of seats x duration x unit price.

Starting June 20, 2026, Credits subscribed through Qoder CN (All-in-One) personal plans can be shared across Desktop, JetBrains plugin, QoderWork, Qoder CLI, QoderWake, and Mobile; Credits for Enterprise Teams / VPC can be shared between QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN. Qoder CN (All-in-One)
Starting June 20, 2026, a single Qoder CN (All-in-One) personal subscription covers Qoder CN Desktop, JetBrains plugin, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile across the entire product lineup, with Credits shared across products. Enterprise editions (Teams / Enterprise VPC) currently cover QoderWork CN and Qoder CLI CN, with IDE / JetBrains support coming soon.
The VSC plugin is no longer actively developed.
Free tier and Pro/Pro+: Covers Qoder CN Desktop, JetBrains plugin, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile.

Resource packages are one-time prepaid purchases that supplement the Credits quota in your subscription plan. When the Credits in your subscription plan are exhausted, usage is automatically deducted from your resource package.

Purchase Channels
For users subscribed through Qoder CN (All-in-One), Credits and resource packages are shared across all products in the suite. Existing users with a standalone Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) subscription must complete an account upgrade before using Credits across products. Qoder CN (All-in-One)
Individual users can place orders directly on Qoder.com.cn; Enterprise Teams users should have the purchaser place orders through the Alibaba Cloud console, while organization management is handled on Qoder.com.cn. See Qoder CN suite accounts and subscriptions for details.
Qoder CN (formerly Lingma)

Ordering Requirements
You must use the Alibaba Cloud account or RAM user that owns the instance to perform order-related operations.
We recommend using the Alibaba Cloud primary account to place orders. If you use a RAM user, ensure the following permissions have been granted:

This product is not eligible for 5-day unconditional refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of company error.

FAQ
Pricing for Existing Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) Enterprise Subscriptions
Existing subscriptions purchased before 12:00:00 (Beijing time) on May 20, 2026 remain at the original price and can be used until the service expires.
For organizations with existing subscriptions, if after 12:00:00 (Beijing time) on May 20, 2026:
Adding seats: New seats will be billed at the new subscription price without Credits deduction; however, the new Credits-based features (such as Experts mode, new models, etc.) will not be available.
Renewals: Will follow the new subscription pricing with the Credits mechanism enabled, granting access to new features (such as Experts, new models, etc.).
If you have an active existing subscription and wish to upgrade to the Credits mechanism (i.e., all existing seats deduct usage from Credits), an upgrade path will be provided. Please follow product announcements for details.
Usage for Existing Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) Customers
IDE / JB / VS Code upgrade: This is independent of whether you switch to the new pricing or enable the Credits mechanism — upgrading is recommended. You need to uninstall the original Lingma IDE and install the new Qoder CN IDE.
After enabling the Credits mechanism: The following capabilities become available.
Additional model options including GLM 5.1, DeepSeek V4, and more.
Quest, RepoWiki, Agent conversations, and Subagent are no longer subject to turn limits.
Experts capability becomes available.
Can Credits from one subscription be used across different Qoder CN suite products?
Starting June 20, 2026, customers who subscribe to Qoder CN (All-in-One) personal or Teams editions, and starting June 30, 2026, those who subscribe to the Qoder CN (All-in-One) Enterprise Dedicated Edition, can use their subscribed Credits across Qoder CN IDE, JetBrains plugin, QoderWork CN, Qoder CLI CN, and Qoder CN Mobile;
If you still hold a standalone Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) subscription, you can merge it into an All-in-One subscription through an account upgrade, enabling cross-product Credits sharing. For the personal edition upgrade guide, see Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) Personal Edition upgrade.
