Renewal
When your Qoder CN Enterprise Edition subscription is about to expire, renew it promptly to ensure that developers in your organization can continue using Qoder CN without interruption. You can monitor the expiration date of your Qoder CN service in the Alibaba Cloud Management Console. This topic describes how to renew subscriptions for Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition and Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
Prerequisites
-
You have an active subscription to one of the following editions in your Alibaba Cloud account:
-
Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition. For more information, see Quick start for Enterprise Standard Edition.
-
Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition. For more information, see Quick start for Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
-
-
You are signed in with the Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization, or with a RAM user that has the AliyunRDCFullAccess access policy. This permission allows you to manage configuration changes for your organization's instance.
-
You can renew an active subscription or enable auto-renewal at any time. If a subscription has expired, you can still renew it or enable auto-renewal. For Enterprise Standard Edition, you must renew within 15 days after expiration. For Enterprise Dedicated Edition, you must renew before the instance is released, which occurs 15 days after expiration.
To avoid service disruption, we recommend enabling auto-renewal. For instructions, see Renew expiring resources.

Auto-renewal
We recommend enabling auto-renewal at least nine days before your subscription expires. By default, auto-renewal begins nine days before the expiration date. If a renewal attempt fails, the system retries daily until the renewal is successful or until one day before expiration. You can set a specific execution time on the Renewal page.
For more information about renewal operations, such as enabling or canceling auto-renewal, see Renew expiring resources.
