Alibaba Cloud Link WAN charges for gateway usage. The fees vary based on the gateway type.

Pay-as-you-go	If an account connects more than three gateways, it is charged for the enterprise-grade gateway service by default. The fee is CNY 1 per day per gateway. Bills are generated every other day. If a payment is overdue for more than 24 hours, the network management service for the account is suspended. Note Alibaba Cloud Link WAN provides a limited-time networking trial. During the trial, each account can connect up to three high-speed gateways free of charge.	High-speed gateway	Rate limit: 60 times/s	Large-scale campus networking scenarios with 500 to 5,000 connected node devices. Only certified partners of Link WAN can request keys.	CNY 1/day/gateway

Note Gateways for enterprise-grade or small-scale networking are fully compatible with LoRaWAN and Device to Device (D2D) protocols. They can use both the Standard Edition and the Professional Edition simultaneously.
