This topic describes the main features of the Contracts module.
Contract management
To sign and view contracts, go to the legacy Contract Center system. When you sign a contract, the system uses the contact information that the supplier provided during onboarding. To modify this information, go to . Note that the Contact and mobile phone number must belong to a person who has permission to retrieve the company's entity information through e-Sign for contract signing. All other information must also be authentic and valid.
Alibaba Cloud
In the navigation pane on the left, click to go to the Alibaba Cloud Contract Management page in the legacy Contract Center. On this page, you can sign contracts with Alibaba Cloud, such as the LinkedMall Supplier Service Agreement, the Special Integrity Agreement for Online Commission Splitting, and the LinkedMall Supplementary Agreement on Technical Service Fees and Settlement that are required to open a store.
Distributors
In the navigation pane on the left, click to go to the Distributor Contract Management page in the legacy Contract Center. On this page, you can sign contracts with distributors, such as the LinkedMall Product Cooperation Agreement (for procurement and distribution patterns), which is required when you register with a distributor.
