Check resource plan balance
Check your resource plan balance in Resource Instance Management in the Alibaba Cloud User Center. The available information includes Resource Plan Name, Deduction Time, Remaining Amount Before Deduction, Deduction Amount, Remaining Amount After Deduction, and Deducted Instance ID.
On the Resource Instance Management page, select resource plan for the resource dimension and click the Usage Details tab to view the usage details for each resource plan. You can also click the Export button in the upper-right corner to download the data.
Set alerts for resource plan balance
1. Navigate to Resource Instance Management and click Set Quota Alert.
2. Configure batch or individual alerts.
a. Configure in batches
In the Set Quota Alert dialog box, enable the Unified Quota Alert Settings toggle. From the Batch Set Remaining Quota Percentage dropdown list, select an alert threshold, such as 20%. Enabling this setting activates quota alerts for all resource plans in the list and sets their remaining quota percentages to your selected value. The system triggers an alert when a deduction occurs, or when a plan expires or is unsubscribed. The system re-evaluates the alert condition whenever the total quota increases, for example, after a new purchase, upgrade, or renewal. Click OK.
b. Configure for individual resource plans
In the Set Quota Alert dialog box, find the resource plan to configure, such as the Machine Translation (General Edition) Resource Plan. Change the threshold in the Remaining Quota Percentage dropdown list (20% by default), and click OK.
