Manage employee sub-accounts
To use the Delivery Center, you must create sub-accounts for your employees and assign roles to them.
Background information
In a service process, orders are assigned based on roles. Therefore, when you add an employee sub-account, the selected role must match a role assigned to a node in the service process. For example, if a service process template includes "Assign Designer" and "Assign Account Manager" nodes, where the "Designer" role handles the "Design" node and the "Account Manager" role handles the "Final Confirmation of Deliverables" node, you must assign the "Designer" role to the sub-account for the employee who performs design tasks, and assign the "Account Manager" role to the sub-account for the employee who handles the final confirmation. Before you add employee sub-accounts, communicate with your vendor (the service provider who lists the product and configures the service process template) to confirm the roles required in the service process. After you create a sub-account, the system generates a random 8-character password that is displayed only once. You must save the username and password and provide them to the employee offline. Click Copy to copy both the username and password. When the employee logs in for the first time, the system prompts them to change the password.
