After placing an order for a product in Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, you can view order details and rate the product in the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace console.

View order details

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Order list.
  3. On the order list page, click Order details in the Actions column to view details such as the order ID, order creation and payment times, order type, product information.

Rate a product

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Order list.
  3. On the order list page, click Rate now in the Actions column.
  4. On the Product rating page, rate the product and enter your review.
    Rating dimensions include product quality, service attitude, and delivery speed. Your review can contain up to 500 characters. When finished, click OK.
    Note After using the product for some time, you can return to the order list page and click Add follow-up review in the Actions column to append additional feedback.
