Management workbench

Tracking progress across multiple projects can be difficult. The Management Workbench provides a clear overview of your daily tasks, helping you understand your workload, manage your time, and improve delivery efficiency.

Prerequisites

Your service provider must configure the target product to appear on your workbench. For more information, see Configure products to be displayed on the workbench.

Access the workbench

  1. Log in to the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace Delivery Center.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane of the Delivery Center, select workdesk-icon > My Workbench.

Today's tasks

The workbench displays tasks for a specific date and product.

  1. At the top of the workbench page, select the date for which you want to view tasks.

  2. Click a product tab to view its tasks.

    Note The red number in the upper-left corner of the product name indicates the day's incomplete tasks.
  3. Review the details of the day's tasks.
    The workbench lists the completion status of each task.example
    In the example shown above, the workbench displays the following information:
    • Tasks for the day: requirement confirmation and prototyping.
    • Number of tasks due today: 2 for requirement confirmation and 0 for prototyping.
    • Number of tasks completed today: 1 for requirement confirmation and 2 for prototyping.
      Note The two completed prototyping tasks were not due today; they were completed ahead of schedule.
    • Task rejection count: The second requirement confirmation task was rejected twice, and both prototyping tasks were rejected twice.

Monthly project delivery

The bottom of the workbench displays your delivery metrics, including monthly delivered orders, monthly positive ratings, average monthly delivery time, and monthly on-time delivery rate.summary

In the upper-right corner of each section, you can also select a different month.

Annual project delivery

The right-side panel of the workbench displays statistics such as projects delivered this year, total delivered projects, the monthly delivery trend for this year, and this month's delivery ranking.summary-year

Click the + on your avatar to upload a new one.

Note Images must be in BMP, JPG, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF format and no larger than 2 MB.

Project ratings

The bottom-right section of the workbench displays ratings and reviews for your four most recently delivered projects.feedback
