Payment success

• If your service receives the request and returns a success response, Alibaba Cloud Marketplace marks the notification as successful and does not call the SPI again.

• Do not block this interface. If a process is time-consuming, you can handle the business logic asynchronously. If a call fails, Alibaba Cloud Marketplace retries the call until it succeeds. The retry intervals are 1 m, 1 m, 1 m, 5 m, 10 m, 10 m, 10 m, 1 h, 1 h, 2 h, and 4 h. If all retries fail, the notification is marked as failed. You must then proactively retrieve the message by calling the OpenAPI operations DescribeFailedNotifications and ConfirmNotification.

• This interface may be called multiple times. To handle repeated calls, ensure the idempotence of your interface using the `requestId` parameter.
