Manage projects
You can manage your projects, including viewing the project list and details, and changing service providers.
Access the project management page
Log in to the Delivery Center for Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
In the navigation pane, select
> Project Management.The Project Management page appears.
View the project list
On the Project Management page, you can view information about your projects, including order ID, business ID, product name, sales channel, creation time, customer name, service provider, operator, role, project phase, and project status.
The project list has tabs for each project status: All projects, Projects in progress, Canceled projects, Suspended projects, and Completed projects.
View project details
While a project is in progress, you can view project progress, business information, operator messages, process logs, and project remarks. You can also manage files uploaded during the project.
On the Project Management page, find the target order.
In the Actions column, click Details.
On the Project Details page, view the information you need.
View project progress, operator information, and business information
The left pane shows all process nodes for the project and highlights the current node. Click a node to view its details.
The right pane displays the operator's contact information for the selected node and the business information.
View operator messages
Click operator messages in the upper-right corner to view messages from operators at each node of the project.
View project remarks
Click project remarks in the upper-right corner to view remarks added by the service provider's operator. These remarks are not visible to the customer.
View process logs
Click process logs in the upper-right corner to view the operation logs for the project. If the service provider was changed, the process logs also contain the change remarks and the operation logs from before the change.
Manage uploaded files
Click file management in the upper-right corner to view and download files uploaded by operators during the project.
Change the service provider
While a project is in progress, you can change the service provider.
After you change the service provider, the service process restarts.
On the Project Management page, click the Projects in progress tab and find the target order.
In the Service Provider column, click the
icon.In the Change service provider dialog box, select a new service provider and enter remarks.
Click OK.
